Hey, this post may contain adult content, so we’ve hidden it from public view.
Tfw when you tell someone how their actions affect you and make you sad, and it gets dismissed as guilt tripping. I was in the wrong too with my timing and that was selfish of me, but how does that negate my feelings at the same time?
Lesson learned today: don’t tell people when I’m depressed or when they do small hurtful things. Other people have their own shit to deal with and don’t wanna deal with mine lol

That constant struggle between “I can’t show my symptoms or I’ll be a burden” and “why doesn’t anyone realize I’m suffering?”
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m constantly going out of my way to make other people feel better when they’re upset, no matter how busy I am with my own shit, only to realize that no one actually cares enough to do the same for me when I try to open up to them.
